Right Thoughts, Action & Effort. How do you do the right thing? Right Time. As we progress on our journey doing the right thing and having the right destination in mind, our time will be better allocated as well.  As our most limited resource, using our time wisely is imperative.  We can’t borrow or conserve time but we can manage and share this resource with those we love.  Additionally, doing the right thing now will have compounding benefits: relationships may grow and daily habits can improve.

Right Community. Together we will navigate challenges using the do the right thing philosophy. We will create the right thoughts, take the right action, and use the right effort along the journey toward our shared and individual destinations. We will use our time to guide the important people in our lives toward daily fitness and nutrition habits that serve them for their entire lives.
