Time: Heats start at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 & 9:30
Registration: If you are planning to do the Murph Challenge with TFW, you need to register online and pick a heat.
Cost: FREE
Who can participate: Anyone! Scaled options will be posted at the event. Examples include 1/2 Murph, segmented Murph, and partner Murph.
