Advance your young athlete with focused strength, power, neuromuscular, and proprioceptive training. Develop response and control mechanisms beyond what is trained on the field, court, or track. TFW trainining conditions athletes for the highest level of performance while reducing risk of injury.

  • Improve neuromuscual response and control

  • Reduce repetitive use and accidental injury

  • Learn basic to advanced weight-lifting technique

Our certified coaches take your young athlete to places they can't get to themselves through detailed training programs and relationship building.

The Fall session held on at Tuesdays 4:15 is appropriate for ages 11-14.
