You Are What You Eat

Today we dive, yet again, into nutrition! (It’s my favorite topic!)

In fact, I want to introduce you to a new way of thinking about nutrition.

Dr Casey Means, author of Good Energy, notes:

"Food is nothing more than a set of molecular components, and whether those components meet our cells' needs largely determines health. When we see someone who is addicted to opioids or alcohol, it is easy to identify the cause of the problem. But when it comes to food, we have trouble analyzing individual components that are helping our cells or harming them, because we don't think of food in this framework of molecular components."

Additionally, "What we put into our bodies is the most critical decision for our health and happiness."
